Thank you!! I'd say I've been reading mostly Women's Fiction this year, and want to keep that up, though I'm pretty open to anything with a really good story and character development. I find I like a lot of interiority and complications in every day emotions and situations. Feeling like the character *gets* me is the most important thing.

Some of my more well-known favorites this past year have been 'Really Good, Actually', The Rachel Incident (which I'm just wrapping up now), I Have Some Questions For You, and of course Lessons in Chemistry. Would love any thoughts you have around new reads!

@ AT those sound great! I'm always looking for new things to add to my kindle samples. I recently finished the first Dune book. Been picking it up and putting it down for the past 2 years. I'm a slow reader sometimes! It has really strong female leads. Jessica and the sisterhood of bene geserrit are thenkey matriarchs in story
