I've never watched Nashville, but Connie Britton is an ICON so I feel like I should watch it. I didn't know that the actors were the ones singing -- that's awesome!
And I love what you said about competing with yourself. I fall into that trap ALL. THE. TIME. It can sometimes be so hard to see what we do as enough. But like you said it's important to remind ourselves that we are doing the best we can, in that moment 🤎
She is AMAZING!! And I was so surprised they all sang, they’re so good!!
I do the same with competing with myself 😫 it’s so hard not to, I need an almost constant reminder to step back, reevaluate, and realize I’m making this urgent but it’s not actually. It’s a lifelong process I think
